Cancellations

Need to cancel? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

To cancel, email support@finncotton.com as soon as possible with your order number. We start preparing orders quickly, so requests need to reach us within that 24-hour window.

If your order has already shipped and you’ve received a shipping confirmation, we won’t be able to cancel it. You can still send it back under our Refund & Return Policy once it arrives.
