How to Redeem Your Voucher

Online Redemption (via Facebook)

To redeem your voucher for an online purchase:

1. Message us on Facebook: Finn Cotton
2. Send a clear photo of your voucher (front and back) for verification.
3. Once verified, our team will process your order and confirm your total.
4. One (1) voucher may be applied per transaction.
5. After your order is confirmed, our Sales Agent will ask you to destroy the physical voucher (tear it in half).
6. Send a photo of the destroyed voucher to complete redemption validation.

If You Prefer to Checkout Yourself (No Agent Assistance)

If you want to checkout on your own:

1. Message us on Facebook and send a photo of your voucher for verification.
2. Once verified, we will provide a one-time-use voucher code assigned specifically to you.
3. Apply the code during checkout. The code is valid for one-time use only.

In-Store Redemption

Present your physical voucher at any Finn Cotton physical store during checkout.
One (1) voucher may be applied per transaction.

Voucher Terms & Conditions

Redemption & Use

• Vouchers may be redeemed at Finn Cotton physical stores and official online page.
• Valid for regular-priced items only with a minimum purchase of ₱3,000.
• Not valid on sale items or in conjunction with other promotions.
• One (1) voucher may be applied per transaction.
• Voucher is not convertible to cash and cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.
• If the purchase exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid using other available payment methods.
• Any unused voucher value is not refundable in cash.

Verification & Fraud Prevention (Online)

• Online redemption requires voucher verification via Facebook message.
• Finn Cotton may require the voucher to be destroyed after successful redemption, and may request proof to prevent duplicate use.
• Finn Cotton reserves the right to refuse vouchers that are tampered with, duplicated, defaced, or invalid.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Vouchers

• Finn Cotton is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
• Vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Returns & Exchanges

• Items purchased using a voucher follow Finn Cotton’s standard return and exchange policy.
• Approved returns will be issued as store credit or a replacement voucher, not cash.

Changes to Terms

• Finn Cotton reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
