We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on weekdays. During high-demand periods, please allow up to 48 hours for processing.

How do I pick the right size?
Most customers find Power-Up shoes true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend going half a size up. Not sure? Message us with your usual size and the model you like, and our team will recommend the best fit.
What if my size does not fit?
You can request a size exchange within 7 days of your purchase. Take a clear unboxing video when your order arrives, keep the shoes in original condition with the tags intact, and email support@finncotton.com. We will walk you through the exchange.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase for a wrong size, a damaged or defective pair, or an incorrect item, subject to approval. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Read the full Refund and Replacement Policy.
